Stake.us Login Basics

Signing in to Stake.us is quick once the account is set up properly. Most problems come from three places: an unfinished identity check, a missing or out-of-sync 2FA code, and the state rules. The sections below take them in order, starting with the sign-in itself. This page is only about Stake.us, the US social casino, so it does not cover Stake.com or any other service that happens to share the name.

Stake.us Login Step by Step

Signing in works the same way on every device, with small differences between the browser and the iOS app.

In the browser:

1. Press the Sign in button on this page. It opens Stake.us through our partner link.
2. Select Sign In at the top of the site.
3. Enter your username and password. If you set up a passkey, you can unlock it with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead. Accounts created with Facebook or Google sign in through that provider.
4. Enter the 2FA code from your authenticator app.
5. You arrive in the lobby. Your Gold Coin and Stake Cash balances sit in the Wallet at the top.

In the iOS app:

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad and search for Stake US - Casino & Slots. Poker has its own app, Stake US - Poker.
2. Tap Get, open the app and sign in with the same details you use in the browser.
3. Download only from the Apple App Store. There is no Android app, so players on other devices use the mobile browser and can add Stake.us to the home screen for one-tap access. The Stake.us app page covers both routes.

Keep your credentials to yourself. If you use 2FA, never share the QR code or the setup string with anyone, because with those a second person can generate your codes.

Sign in to Stake.us

Stake.us Sign Up and ID Verification

If you do not have a Stake.us account yet, registration takes a few minutes. You enter your full legal name, date of birth, permanent address and email, and the site asks for an ID copy and proof of address. Two hard rules apply: you must be 21 or older, or older where your state sets a higher age, and you must live in an eligible state. The Stake.us legal states page lists the 22 excluded states.

Identity verification runs through Veriff, a third-party service. It is quick when you follow the rules:

• Use an ID card or a driver’s license. Other document types are not accepted.
• The document must be valid. Expired documents are rejected, and a current US-issued document is the safe choice.
• Take a live photo of the physical document on a flat surface, then a live selfie.
• Photos of a screen, paper copies and temporary documents are not supported.
• Keep the images sharp and the ID undamaged, with every number readable.

Stake.us explains the purpose in plain terms: it needs to confirm that players come from states where social casinos are allowed, and it needs to keep anyone under 21 out. Verification is required before any prize redemption, and it also decides whether you qualify for the welcome offer. One account per person is allowed. If you already registered once and Veriff flags a duplicate, contact support instead of opening a second account.

Stake.us Account Security: 2FA and Passkeys

Two-factor authentication adds a second step to sign-in and extends the same check to redemptions, so a stolen password alone is not enough. To turn it on, install Authy, which Stake.us recommends, or Google Authenticator. Open Settings > Security, scan the QR code or copy the setup string into the app, then enter the code the app generates. If 2FA is off, redemptions fall back to a code sent by email.

Passkeys are the newer option. A passkey replaces the password with a code stored on your device and unlocked with biometrics or a PIN. It cannot be guessed, and it is tied to the Stake.us site, so it does not work on a fake page. You need 2FA first. Then open Settings > Security, choose Add Passkey and follow the prompts.

The Vault is a third tool. It stores Gold Coins and Stake Cash away from your playing balance. Coins in the Vault cannot be used to play, and every Vault action asks for the security measures on your account, such as the password, the verified email and 2FA. Move coins in under Account > Vault > Store and back with Retrieve.

Stake.us Daily Login Bonus

Stake.us Login Problems and Fixes

Work through these causes in order.

• If the password is wrong, select Sign In, choose Forgot Password and enter the verified email on the account. A recovery email arrives within minutes. Accounts made with Facebook or Google cannot change the password on Stake.us, so change it with that provider.
• If the 2FA code is rejected, remember that authenticator codes depend on the clock of the device that holds them. Switch on automatic date and time and try the next code.
• If you lost 2FA, contact support from the email linked to the account and ask for a 2FA recovery. The team asks for some account details, reviews them and restores access.
• If you lost access to the email, write to the account recovery team from the new address you want to link and be ready to answer questions. Allow up to 24 hours for the first reply.
• If the page will not load, refresh, clear cookies and cache, try another browser and update the iOS app. These steps fix most display and sign-in loops.
• Location counts. Stake.us is only for players in the eligible area, and signing in from an excluded state or from outside that area is not supported. No setting changes that.
• An unverified email or identity keeps some features locked, including redemption, until you finish verification.

Stake.us Support and Account Closure

Live chat runs 24/7, support is also reachable by email, and the Help Center holds articles on most account topics. When you contact support about a play, they can ask for the Game ID, which you can copy from your account’s play history. Have your username ready and describe the problem in one message.

If you decide to close your account for reasons unrelated to play, send an account closure request by email from the address linked to the account. Closing it ends your right to use any Gold Coins, Stake Cash and unredeemed prizes, so redeem anything that qualifies before you ask.
