Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers visitors to this independent Stake.us guide, not Stake.us itself. In short, the site records visit data on its server and counts clicks on partner links, it has no accounts, no forms and no purchases, and it never sees your Stake.us account.

Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

This site is an independent guide to Stake.us, a social casino. We are not Stake.us, we do not operate it, and we have no access to Stake.us accounts. Stake.us is operated by Sweepsteaks Limited of Cyprus and has its own privacy policy. This policy describes only what this guide does with the data of its visitors.

What Data We Collect

This site has no user accounts, no forms, no comments and no payment features, so we do not collect names, email addresses, passwords or payment details.

What we do collect is technical visit data. When you load a page, our server sends a request to the tracking system we use. That request contains your IP address, your browser’s user agent, the first two letters of your language preference, the page that referred you, the address of the page you opened including any query parameters, the host name and request method, and the HTTP request headers your browser sent.

When you click a partner link, a second request records the click and sends the same set of technical data. For that request we also create a one-way hash of your IP address and user agent, which is used as an identifier for the click.

How We Use Data

We use this data to count visits, to attribute clicks on partner links, to filter automated traffic and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse. We use it to keep the site running and to understand which pages are read.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The pages of this site set no cookies of their own. They load no analytics scripts and no advertising scripts, and fonts and images are served from this site rather than from third-party networks. The only scripts on the page run interface features such as the navigation menu, the language switcher and the copy button. The visit tracking described above happens on the server, so nothing in your browser is needed for it.

A partner link leaves this site for Stake.us. From that point, Stake.us and its own processors handle your data under the Stake.us privacy policy and Terms of Service, and this policy no longer applies. We recommend reading both before you create an account.

Two kinds of provider process data on our behalf. The first is the tracking system that receives the visit and click data described above. The second is our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which delivers the site and handles requests technically. Links to official helpline pages, such as the National Council on Problem Gambling, lead to sites with their own policies.

How Long We Keep Data

We keep visit and click data only as long as we need it for reporting, attribution and the prevention of fraud and abuse, and we delete or anonymize it when that need ends.

Your US Privacy Rights

Residents of US states that have privacy laws, such as California, Colorado and Virginia, may have the right to know what personal information a business holds about them, to access it, to correct it, to delete it and to opt out of its sale or its use for targeted advertising. This site does not sell your visit data.

The pages of this site carry no request form and no published contact address, so there is no in-site way to file a request. Because this site has no accounts, visit records are keyed by technical details such as an IP address, and they hold no name or email. They are deleted or anonymized when the need described above ends. We do not treat visitors differently for exercising a privacy right.

Children and Age Limits

This guide is for adults 21 or older. Stake.us itself requires players to be 21 or older, or the higher legal age of their state. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21. The visit records hold no age or identity details, and nothing on these pages asks for them.

Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when the way the site works changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision, and this version was last revised in 2026. Please read it again from time to time, and see our Responsible Social Gameplay page for player-protection information.

Privacy Policy FAQ

Does this site use cookies?

No. The pages of this site set no cookies of their own and load no analytics or advertising scripts. Visit tracking happens on the server, not in your browser. If you follow a partner link, Stake.us has its own privacy policy for what happens there.

Do you sell my data?

No. This site does not sell your visit data. It goes to the tracking system we use to count visits and attribute partner-link clicks, and to our hosting provider, which delivers the site.

Is my Stake.us account data stored here?

No. Your account lives on Stake.us. This guide has no sign-in, no forms and no payment features, so it never receives your username, password, balances or purchases.

How do I ask you to delete my data?

This site has no accounts, forms or published contact address, so there is no in-site request tool. Visit records hold only technical data, such as an IP address, with no name or email, and they are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed. For data held by Stake.us itself, use the privacy options in your Stake.us account and its Terms.

Who can use this site?

Adults 21 or older. Stake.us itself is open only in the continental United States and Hawaii, outside 22 excluded states, and its Terms of Service set its own rules.
